1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Futbolify. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not use another person's account without permission.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting content, you grant Futbolify a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You must have the necessary rights to share any content you upload.

4. Prediction Games (Quinielas)

Futbolify offers prediction games for entertainment purposes. These are skill-based games where users predict match outcomes. The platform does not offer real-money gambling. Any prizes or rewards are organized by group administrators outside of the platform. Futbolify is not responsible for external prize arrangements.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription (Pro or Business plans). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime from your device settings. Refunds are handled according to store policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: post illegal, harmful, or offensive content; harass, bully, or threaten other users; spam or send unsolicited messages; attempt to hack or disrupt the service; create fake accounts or impersonate others; violate intellectual property rights.

7. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited: violence, hate speech, discrimination, sexual content, child exploitation (CSAM), illegal activities, misinformation, and spam. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms. Users can report inappropriate content through the app. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

Futbolify and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Futbolify and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

Futbolify is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
